We at The Exchange are dependent on the support of individuals, businesses, trusts, and foundations to support us in providing opportunities for people to enjoy the wide range of events and activities that take place here every day. There are many ways that you can support us and all funds, whatever the size of the contribution, will make a difference to our work.

Become a Friend of The Exchange

The Exchange is a truly unique, multi-purpose building that runs as a registered charity and leaves no external funding. We rely on income from our events programme, room hire and donations to ensure the continued success of this wonderful building. We are inviting you to enrol as a Friend of The Exchange which is a scheme designed to help us to do just that. Friends will receive 10% off of tickets for any event being organised by The Exchange as well as advanced notification of forthcoming events by email. Volunteer with us

The Exchange is run almost entirely by volunteers under the guidance of three full time members of staff. Quite simply, we would cease to function without their support. From the person welcoming you into the building to the voice selling you tickets over the telephone, the person presenting you with that chilled glass of wine to the usher helping you to your seat, nearly everybody you meet at The Exchange is a volunteer. We are always looking for new volunteers and while giving your time to The Exchange is both rewarding and enjoyable, there are also some special benefits, including free event tickets.
