Charges are shown below for "community" users. They are for clubs and societies based within a radius of approximately 5 miles around Sturminster. Charges for "commercial" hire are higher. These help to pay for managing the building to a high standard and to help keep community rates at a competitive level. Commercial uses have the potential to bring new people into Sturminster from a wide area, which will benefit the economy of the whole town. It is also a priority to encourage new users - for example, children's groups, residents associations, the schools, classes of all sorts.
