are shown below for "community" users. They
are for clubs and societies based within a radius of approximately
5 miles around Sturminster. Some discounts may apply.
Charges for the Lower Atrium are subject to agreement
on Market Rights.
Charges for "commercial" hire are higher. These
help to pay for managing the building to a high standard
and to help keep community rates at a competitive level.
Commercial uses have the potential to bring new people
into Sturminster from a wide area, which will benefit
the economy of the whole town.
It is also a priority to encourage new users - for example,
children's groups, residents associations, the schools,
classes of all sorts.
